First picture: After weeks of anticipation, Kanye West shared a snap of his daughter North on Kris Jenner's chat show on Friday
A snap of baby North flashed up on the screen after Kanye and Kris sat down to discuss the new addition to the family.
And it is clear from the image that the tiny baby possesses features from both her mother and father.
'How cute is that gorgeous baby!! Who do you think she looks like?' Kris gushed over the snap, to which Kanye responded with a laugh: 'I pray that she looks like her mother when she's older.'
Kris told the singer that she thought her granddaughter was an 'amazing combination' of both Kim and Kanye.
Ratings boost: Kanye sat down and chatted to Kris Jenner in an exclusive interview on Friday on her chat show
'I think she is an amazing combination of the two of you. She is so adorable. She has Kim's eyes, I think she has your cheeks and both of your lips. Some days she has your lips and some days she has Kim's lips,' she said.
'They dissect her,' Kris explained to the audience.
'Kim would go "Look at her ears mom, look at her ears!" It is so cute how obsessed you guys are.'
Before revealing the snap to the world, Kanye categorically denied that he and Kim had tried to shop first images of their daughter to the media.

Doting dad: The rapper said he hoped his daughter would grow up to look like Kim
'It's all this talk about baby pictures and "can you get paid for the baby picture or do you want to put it on a magazine,"' he explained.
'And for me and your daughter we have not attempted to get paid for anything, we have not attempted to put it on a magazine.'
He said he decided to share the cute image of his baby on Kris's show because he wanted to please little North's grandmother.
'You just stop all of the noise and I thought it would be really cool on her grandmother's season finale to bring a picture of North,' he said.
It was then when he shared the snap, much to the delight of a cheering audience.
During the interview, Kris asked Kanye whether he hopes baby North will follow in her father's footsteps and become a 'rapper'.
We get along! Kanye and Kris, who were rumoured to have a tense relationship, swore that they got along, with the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch telling the rapper she often misses him when he goes away
Kanye told her that he and Kim would be encouraging their daughter to make her own decisions.
'I am going to give her the opportunity to develop her different skill sets and then decide what she is the best at,' he explained.
'And we will give her the support and let her follow what she loves the most.'
Kanye had previously hinted that he didn't want his child to be in the spotlight, declaring: 'This isn't America's baby.'
But it seems he had a change of heart and decided to share the image of North in a bid to boost Jenner's TV ratings. (Kim, 32, didn't make an appearance on the show but he shared several romantic pictures from their private album).
Opening up: In the emotional and no holds barred interview, Kanye showed a very different and much softer side
Before he showed off the new addition to the family, Kanye opened up about his precious daughter.
He told Kris that that she will give him a lot of stability in his life.
'To me it is such a blessing. I feel it is going to give me the stability that I need to really create and do god's work,' he explained.
'She (North) is someone to be accountable for and responsible for.'
It had been widely reported that the Stronger star had struggled with the loss of his mother Donda when she died of complications from cosmetic surgery in 2007.
Changed man: He told Kris that her daughter and granddaughter had changed his life
And Kanye revealed to Kris the depths of despair he went through, telling her that he 'felt like he had nothing to live for'.
But he said his saving grace came in the form of Kris's daughter Kim and the couple's new baby girl.
The media shy 36-year-old explained that before Kim came along he was constantly 'putting his life at risk' .
She's made me a better person: Kanye told Kris that her daughter had made him a calmer person and taught him how to communicate better with others
'After I lost my mother, there were times... well I put myself at risk,' he said. 'I felt like sometimes I didn't have something to live for.'
He explained that everything changed when Kim came into his life.
A few months after the pair confirmed they were dating, they found out they were expecting a child.
Little North West arrived into the world on June 15 and Kanye said that his new family has transformed him.
'Now I have two really special people to live for. A whole family to live for. A whole world to live for,' he said during the emotional interview.
Stepping back into the public eye: Kim recently attended Kanye's grandfather's funeral in Oklahoma City with the rapper and their daughter
Kanye reflected on some of his troubled times during the segment, in particular when he climbed up onstage at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards four years ago and interrupted Taylor Swift's awards acceptance speech.
He said that he hoped that no one would ever do the same to his own daughter.
'The last thing I would want to happen to my daughter is some crazy drunk black guy in a leather shirt to come up and cut her off at an awards show,' he said.
'That's the last thing I'd want.'
Kris in turn told Kanye that she thought that North had mellowed the singer and given him a 'sense of perception'.
'But you look at stuff like that so much differently today because you do have a daughter,' she remarked.
It was then when Kanye admitted that his past behaviour had been out of control.
So much in common: The well-heeled pair both love fashion
'I was just like a crazy rock star!' he said with a laugh.
He admitted that he did have a lot of regrets about his past actions, but has since grown from them.
'I think everything happened for a reason and I have grown for it,' he said. 'So yeah, there are times I am alone on the airplane and I let my own thoughts haunt me and I wish I could get on the phone and speak to my agent!
'But I feel that I am very very blessed and with that comes great responsibility. With the way my parents raised me and information they gave me and this feeling that I have to want to help.
'And I think that anything that is considered a mistake will help me make better decisions in the future.'
During his appearance on the show, Kanye also addressed the criticism he has received for being in a relationship with media-loving Kim.
Inside our private album: Kanye also shared a snap of the couple at the Coliseum in Rome
He said that no matter what people say, his partner is worth every bit of it, with the 808s & Heartbreak star gushing about his great 'love' for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
'I had people say "this is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer,"' Kanye explained. 'But I say "I don't care, I love this woman."
'Or someone could say, "When the paparazzi surrounds you... everyone knows you don't like the paparazzi. Why would you be with this person?" he added.
'And I say "I am being with this person because, you know, I love this person and she is worth it to me.'
The Grammy Award winning rapper said he was taught by his late grandfather, Portwood Williams Senior, who passed away at the age of 98 on August 10, that life is all about having 'joy'.
'My grandfather just passed and he's whole thing... it was never about money and it was never about popularity. His whole thing was joy,' Kanye said.
'Just joy. Like having joy in his life. And she's (Kim) my joy and she brought my new joy into this world.
'And there is no paparazzi and no blog comment... there is nothing that is going to take that joy away from me.'
So in love: Kanye gushed about his romance with the reality TV star
Kanye also admitted that before he and Kim got together, he would dream about the reality star.
But he told Kris that he was not about to do a Tom Cruise and jump up and down on her couch, much to the disappointment of the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch.
'I just dreamed about being next to her. I keep saying it... I don't want to start jumping up and down on the couch or anything...' he said, to which Kris excitedly responded: 'Oh please! That would be so fabulous!'
Meanwhile, Kris revealed to the audience that in the few years before the couple got together, Kanye would Photoshop himself into the Kardashian's annual Christmas card.
'He would take the photo when he saw it online and would Photoshop himself into the card and then share it with Kim,' she told the audience.
'That is absolutely adorable and I know you don't want me to call you adorable, but it is.'
During their sit down, Kris and Kanye were eager to put the rumours that they don't get along to rest.
Emotional: He opened up about his struggle following the death of his beloved mother Donda
'They feel that me and my girlfriend's mother are different brands,' Kanye explained to the audience.
'But it is not about that... it is about helping each other... it is only one brand now, and that brand is family.'
He said that ever since being with his media-savvy girlfriend, Kim had helped him relax and taught him how to approach people differently.
'I have improvements I need to make as a human being... how I speak to people. It is hard for me to make small talk,' he explained.
'That is something she (Kim) is helping me... to be a better person.'
Kris meanwhile gushed about how she and Kanye get along famously, and even miss each other when they are both out of town.
A talented man: Kanye also spoke about his father who was a talented photo journalist and took this picture of President Ronald Regan
'A lot of people think that Kanye and I don't get along, we actually love each other a whole bunch,' Kris insisted.
'We see each other everyday!,' Kanye interjected.
'Yes we see each other every day, we say good morning and say good night,' Kris continued.
Kanye also described his transition from bachelor to family man and living in his minimalist apartment in New York to living with Kim, Kris and their family in the Karadashian/Jenner's Calabasas household.
He said that the experience has so far been an 'interesting' one.
'It's interesting. Because as a creative guy I would have my apartment in New York and just be a bachelor ,' he explained.
'And here there is noise at all times happening. It's something... I wasn't used to it. Now when I am out I try to get home early to be around my family. '
'I love coming home to you guys': Kanye told Kris that he now tries to get home early from work so he can spend more time with his family
Kris said she shared the same sentiment, and would similarly miss the rapper when he away from the family.
'When I am out and about or I go away, I miss you,' she gushed. 'When you go on trips, if you leave and you come back, I check in every five minutes. I ask "When is coming home? When is that man coming back, because we miss him."'
'It's a very special relationship and I am so happy you are with us, I really am,' she added.
Kanye prerecorded his interview with Kris earlier this week.
The love of his life: The rapper gushed about how much he loved the mother of his child
Previously there were several rumours milling around about how Kim and Kanye were going to introduce their newborn to the world.
With a notorious rocky relationship with the press, it was said that media-shy Kanye had perhaps clashed with his media-hungry girlfriend.
It had been reported that the couple, like many other celebrities before them, would sell the first picture of their baby to a magazine for a six to seven figure sum.
It was then thought that the pair were planning to do a Beyonce and Jay Z, and release an image of North via social media.
It was even rumoured that Kanye was eager to do a photo shoot with fashion bible Vogue.
Much like Suri Cruise's famous Vanity Fair cover, the music icon had reportedly wanted his two-month old daughter to meet the world on his terms - something he reportedly believed could have been mutually beneficial to Anna Wintour.
But all the while in the background Kris was said to be secretly hoping that the couple would choose her talk show as a means to reveal their newborn - and eventually it seems she got her wish granted.
Now that baby North has finally been introduced to the world, it doesn't mean that she will be continuously thrust into the spotlight - as far as Kanye is concerned.
In fact the rapper has previously said that he will be taking great lengths to protect his daughter.
Back in June, he told the New York Times: 'This is my baby. This isn't America's baby.'
Kim gave birth to baby North on June 15.
She fell pregnant with her first child just a few months after confirming that she was dating longtime friend Kanye in April 2012.
