It certainly paid to be amongst the over 150 guests at Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16.

Not only were there performances from stars including Drake and Big Sean, celebrity guests and enough cake to feed an army, but the lucky few also went home laden down with gifts.

But while the estimated value of the party favours was over $1,000, the Kardashian clan didn't have to pay a cent towards supplying them.

Instead the reality starlet's momager Kris Jenner enlisted Brand Placement L.A. to stuff her sweet 16 birthday gift bags with goodies.

The privileged teenager's luxurious favours were comprised of backpacks stuffed with gifts including Audiovox 808 headphones, iHome Bluetooth speakers, gift cards, and more.

Impressively, only four of the items were directly connected to the famous family - Kardashian Beauty cosmetics, a PacSun journal, Glamhouse jewelry, and Rob's Arthur George socks.

And according to the New York Daily News, the Kardashian-Jenner clan 'didn't pay a cent' for any of it.

Brand Placement also provided the gift bags for Kendall Jenner's sweet 16 in November, but they were notably smaller than Kylie's.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is currently holding a Twitter contest giving one lucky fan a leftover swag bag and TMZ just posted pictures of the spoils.

She may reportedly be dating Jaden Smith.

But Kylie Jenner received a kiss from another male at her sweet sixteen on Saturday night.

The lucky teen was smooched on the cheek by Drake after the rapper performed at her Alice In Wonderland themed bash in Los Angeles.

Kylie's excited mother Kris Jenner tweeted the moment on her Instagram page, writing: Wow wow what an amazing night @kyliejenner I hope you had the most wonderful birthday! Thank you Drake'.

Earlier in the evening, Drake and Big Sean had taken to the stage and performed some of their biggest hits.

Kylie was left gobsmacked, sharing a short Instagram video of Drake putting one of his gold chains around her neck whilst he rapped.

That must be heavy! The rather large bling certainly stood out against Kylie's black outfit

'This happened,' she simply tweeted along with the short clip.

Drake's appearance at the party comes after Kim Kardashian's beau Kanye West recently came on stage at his 4th annual OVO Fest in Toronto, and surprised the audience when he said he appreciated the rapper.

'Me and Hov (Jay-Z) would've never made Watch the Throne if [Drake] wasn't putting pressure on us like that, so I just wanna pay my respects,' Kanye said at the event.

'That was probably the most important moment in my career to day,' the 26-year-old Canadian later gushed.

'I think me and Kanye have wanted to express our respect for each other for a long time and sometimes rap, the business, the competitiveness and just the heart behind it forces you to talk about the people you quietly admire.

Kylie was joined by dozens of guests, including her famous half-sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, as well as her boyfriend Jaden, at her birthday party on Saturday night.

Glee stars Naya Rivera and Jaden's sister Willow were also present.

A camera crew from the family's E! reality series was on hand to film the party, which took place at the AT&T Centre in Downtown Los Angeles.

Shortly after the event, Kylie tweeted: "Thank u to everyone who came to my party and making my night so special HAD THE BESTTT NIGHTTT (Sic)"

She later added: "DRAKE & BIG SEAN what?! Thank you guys so much xx"

Kylie previously celebrated the milestone on her actual birthday last Saturday with an intimate family dinner in Nobu in Malibu.

She already had a sweet sixteen birthday dinner at upscale eatery Nobu last week.

But it seems that one party is just not enough for Kylie Jenner.

The teenager celebrated her milestone once again on Saturday night with an Alice in Wonderland themed party.

The entire Jenner and Kardashian family, including new mother Kim, were in attendance at the soiree held at the AT&T Center in Los Angeles.

Arriving for the party with a large group of friends, the birthday girl was careful not to expose her costume by covering up in an army print onesie.

Strutting in alongside her pals, the group were being filmed, no doubt for the famous family's hit reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Meanwhile, sisters Kendall and Khloe both got into the spirit of the theme by wearing cute headgear.

Kendall, 17, who is just one year older than Kylie, arrived looking chic in a black maxi dress slit to the thigh.

She teamed her attire with a little red hat, a nod to the tale's famous Mad Hatter's Tea Party.

While she didn't attend last week's birthday dinner, Kim Kardashian made sure not to miss Saturday night's festivities.

Taking to her various social media pages during the evening's proceedings, the new mom posted a photo of herself with Instagram co-creator Kevin Systrom.

While you can't see more than the star's head and hand in the dark shot, it does mark her return to the 'selfie'.

It's been a blissfully selfie-free nine weeks since the brunette beauty welcomed her first child, daughter North, with partner Kanye West on June 15.

Making her first public outing on Wednesday, looking svelte and happy as she went make-up free during the low-key excursion, it seems the 32-year-old is now ready for her close-up.

As the MailOnline reported on July 29, Kim had planned to make an appearance at her sibling's 16th celebrations, though not wanting to steal the spotlight on Kylie's special day, Kim planned to step out for the first time just days earlier.

Which, true to her word, is exactly what she did.

Believe it or not, it's not all about Kim,' a source previously told the New York Daily News.

'She really wants to go to Kylie's party, and when it comes to the family, Kris wants everyone there. Kim is just working with Kris to figure out the best plan of action.'

Also in attendance on Saturday night was Kylie's parents Kris and Bruce Jenner, sister Kourtney Kardashian and her partner Scott Disick.

Noticeably absent was Lamar, who was recently accused of cheating on his wife with a least two other women.

Since turning 16, Kylie has been seen driving around Los Angeles in her $125,000 Mercedes-Benz.

Last weekend, Kourtney Tweeted: 'Look out world! @kyliejenner is a licensed driver!'

While Rob Kardashian, equally proud, wrote: 'Little Sis passed her driver's test. Woot woot!'

In California an adolescent can become a licensed driver at the age of 16, and Kylie seems to have taken advantage of her new status immediately following her birthday.

The teenager has been driving for at least six months with a learner's permit, and was clearly delighted to be a fully fledged driver on the Los Angeles highways.

Kylie had previously shared an image of her car before it underwent detailing work at Spin Imaging based in Long Beach, California.

And newly licensed driver Kylie Jenner is so taken with her present she donned a black leather tulip mini-skirt to match the $125,000 vehicle.

The reality starlet paraded her pins in black gladiator heels and donned a sheer white T-shirt for an Instagram captioned: 'Me & my baby.'

But the festivities have reportedly only just begun for Kylie, who denied throwing any rumoured 'beach house parties.'

According to the New York Daily News, the privileged teenager will officially celebrate on Saturday at downtown L.A.'s AT&T Center.

Kylie Jenner celebrated her Sweet Sixteen on Saturday without famous big sister Kim Kardashian during a family birthday dinner in Malibu, California.

Kim and newborn daughter North stayed home while the rest of the Kardashian clan celebrated the birthday of the youngest child of Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner.

Kylie was on the receiving end of several online birthday messages from family and friends that included adorable intimate portraits.

Kim wasn't the only no-show at Kylie's birthday dinner. Kim's other half and North's father, Kanye West, didn't make it to the family outing and Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom also was not in attendance, according to a report in RadarOnline.com.

Kim did take time from new mommy duty to post a split photo showing Kylie with her older sister Kendall, 17, as young girls smiled cheek-to-cheek with a more recent shot of the teens similarly posing close together.

'Happy Birthday to my baby sis @kyliejenner !!!! Can't believe your 16! I love you so much!' Kim tweeted to her more than 18 million followers.

Kim also posted a six-picture photo montage showing Kylie with various members of the Kardashian clan.

Khloe Kardashian, 29, jumped the gun and posted a happy birthday message on Friday showing her and little sister Kylie posing together with pouty lips.

She followed it up by posting six pictures of just her and Kylie together.

Kourtney Kardashian, 34, took it up a notch and posted a 30-photo montage of Kylie and the Kardashians.

'Happy Birthday @kyliejenner !!! Sixteen years old is a little crazy!,' Kourtney wrote in the caption. Kourtney also posted a photo of Kylie about to blow out her 16 candles.

Kris Jenner also wished her daughter happy birthday online and shared a photo of them showing their striking resemblance.

Kylie's sister Kendall, 17, posted a nine-photo montage of images of the two sisters growing up together.
