What is one to wear to the premiere of a revealing documentary which has the fashion world buzzing...well, black of course.

Stunning Miranda Kerr got it just right yet again, in a long, black dress for the screening of Mademoiselle C on Friday.

Looking daring in see-through lace, the 30-year-old could have easily stolen the limelight away from Carine Roitfeld, the subject of the movie.

The mother-of-one never seems to put a foot wrong in the fashion stakes, and this event was no exception.

Her dress, featuring a revealing lace top and fishtail skirt, clung to the model in all the right places.

She teamed her outfit with side-swept loose curls, vamp-red nails and simple jewellery as she walked the dark red carpet at the Florence Gould Hall.

Miranda, who is married to actor Orlando Bloom, looked to be enjoying her night off from taking care of her two-year-old son, Flynn.

The 21-year-old supermodel kept her hair uncomplicated for the premiere and wore it up, with loose sections down around her face,

Mademoiselle C follows the glamorous life of former Paris Vogue editor, Carine, as she sets up her own magazine CR Fashion Book.

The 58-year-old, who resigned from her post in 2010, wore a lively, patterned skirt which showed a glimpse of her pins and a simple, black top.

The mother-of-two wore her hair down as she walked the carpet with director of the documentary, Fabien Constant.

Sporting a rather odd moustache, the producer looked dapper in a blue suit, white shirt and black shoes.

Also at the event was Julia Restoin Roitfeld who stood out from the crowd in a white lace dress which revealed her long legs.

The French art director looked young and carefree with her dark brown hair down over her shoulders.

Designer Rachel Roy takes a more covered up approach for the premiere

British-born model Emily Ratajkowski showed her assets in a very sexy dress, featuring a nude bodice.

Her black skirt had a large split which showed off her amazing figure perfectly while her hair was worn up and off her face.

Designer Rachel Roy kept much of her figure hidden a trench-like black dress and jewelled sandals but her striking eye make-up did all the talking instead.

Kate Upton has channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe for a special 100th anniversary edition of Vanity Fair.

On the cover, the 21-year-old supermodel, who was named 2013's Model of the Year yesterday, dons siren red lipstick, cascading blonde curls and a gold bodysuit, holding a cake lit with a candle in one hand.

Shot by famous photographer Annie Leibovitz, the stunning image marks just how far Miss Upton has come since appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated in 2011.

Within the magazine, the blonde bombshell is pictured lounging on a crescent shaped moon, a photographic tribute to Vanity Fair's first ever cover illustration in 1913.

She puts her famous curves on show in a low-cut golden dress with a thigh-high slit and pointy white stilettos.

Miss Upton's appearance on the cover comes just days after she was announced as the 2013 Model of the Year, an award she'll receive at the 10th Annual Style Awards on Wednesday night.

The event will celebrate her career thusfar, from being named Sports Illustrated's Rookie of the Year in 2011, to covering Brazilian and American Vogue - and now Vanity Fair - this year.

Her rise to stardom hasn't come without its difficulties, though.

Indeed, while she is one of the most coveted models now, Miss Upton was once slated by Victoria's Secret for her distinctive look.

The brand's model booker, Sophia Neophitou, was quoted in the New York Times saying Miss Upton was 'too obvious. She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blond hair and the kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy.'

Not only has she proved she has what it takes to be a top model, but she has also recently showed off her acting skills.

The buxom blonde is set to appear alongside Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz in comedy film The Other Woman, which will be released in theaters in April 2014.

The October issue of Vanity Fair will hit newsstands on September 5.

She is the voluptuous swimwear model whose blonde locks, endless legs and womanly curves made her a household name almost overnight.

And now the secrets behind the body that propelled her to the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition have been revealed.

Kate Upton's personal trainer has divulged the model's diet and fitness secrets, and whilst he admits it takes hard work and motivation, he claims that a body like Kate's can be achieved by almost anyone.

So THAT's her secret! Kate Upton, who is famed for her perfect curves, has been following a ModelFIT programme- a fusion of fitness specialities including zumba, martial arts and yoga

Personal trainer and model workout guru Justin Gelband told Shape magazine: 'Since the first day I met her, she wanted to come in and change the industry by saying curves are sexy,

'She's such a great role model for all the young girls out there.'

American-born Kate works out using a tailored ModelFIT programme by Justin - who has even been dubbed the 'model whisperer' by grateful clients.

ModelFIT is a fusion of fitness specialities including zumba, martial arts and functional training, capoeira, pilates and yoga.

It claims to stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as firming up your thighs and flatten your abs.

And Kate isn't alone, because Justin Gelband created the class for the likes of Irina Shayk, Miranda Kerr, Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton and Lily Aldridge.

The £30 classes, which are taught at a fitness studio in New York, are 45-50 min long and limited to 10 clients.

And she compliments her rigorous exercise regime with a healthy diet.

'Food is absolutely number one,' Gelband told Harper's Bazaar.

'When I sit down with anyone to discuss their workout regimen, the first thing I say to them is, "The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs."'

He believes completely banning carbs isn't a good idea, and instead advises people yearning for an Upton-esque figure to indulge in the carbohydrates that you get from vegetables, brown rice and Ezekiel breads.

He does, however, advise dieters to limit these carbs to only twice a week, especially if you're attempting to emulate Kate's curves.

Speaking about her envied physique in the past, Kate said it is all down to making time to exercise, no matter how busy she can be.

'My schedule can be pretty gruelling, but I always make time for fitness and relaxing. I get facials regularly when I’m in NYC, and my trainer helps me to plan work outs when I’m travelling.

'A lot of sleep and water is important too, especially when adjusting to time changes,' she said.

Film productions can be long arduous work, so it's no wonder Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton and Leslie Mann made the most of their day off by splashing around in the Caribbean sea.

But while Cameron, 40, showed off her sleek and toned, athletic figure, Kate, 21, was all about the curves with her bikini barely containing her ample cleavage.

The blonde stars of fashion and film hit the surf on Sunday with their co-star Leslie, 41, and had a great time bonding on the beach.

Cameron opted for a striped bandeau top and matching bottoms that showed off her taut abs and her miniscule amount of body fat.

Kate chose a typical triangular bikini style in black which enhanced her bust to no end, and wore a Trilby hat and Wayfarer sunglasses on the shore until it got too hot to stay on the sand.

She then joined Cameron in the water, bringing a beverage for them to share as the heat bore down on them on Sunday afternoon.

Athlete: Running onto the shore, the actress's muscles were put to work And clearly working on the film had been a great bonding opportunity for Diaz, Upton and Mann, who all seemed like bosom buddies as they laughed and swam together from the water.

Leslie had on a blue, large brimmed hat and lay forward onto a blue float while Cameron and Kate gathered around her.

The three women have been soaking up the sun in the Bahamas for another scene in their new romantic comedy The Other Woman.

And so far the production has seen them dancing around in the grass in the Hamptons, dashing dressed up in Manhattan, and now frolicking on the Caribbean island.

In the film, Cameron teams up with her philandering boyfriend's wife (Leslie Mann) and the pair form an unlikely friendship as they plot to get revenge on the love rat who has been seeing a string of women as well as them.

The comedy is directed by Nick Cassavetes, who was behind the camera for The Notebook and My Sister's Keeper, and is slated for release on April 25 next year.

The film also stars Nicki Minaj and Taylor Kinney, and was written by Melissa Stark, with Miami Vice alum Don Johnson in final negotiations to play Diaz's father.
