She's taking a well-earned break from her usually jam-packed lifestyle to enjoy an exotic holiday in a mystery location. 

And as well as leaving her fans green with envy about her picturesque surroundings, Ashley Benson will have no doubt ensured all of her Instagram followers were jealous of her flawless skin too as she posted an adorable 'selfie' on Saturday. 

Despite not wearing a shred of make-up, the 23-year-old actress looked utterly radiant as she gazed wistfully into the camera.

Showing off her picture perfect complexion, the Pretty Little Liars star looked every inch the beach babe with her honey blonde locks falling in loose tousled waves around her shoulders as she relaxed by the idyllic turquoise ocean.

Appearing to have enjoyed a dip in the sea, the Spring Breakers starlet proved she is just as good au naturel as she ditched her make-up bag for her day in the sunshine. 

Although Ashley's choice of destination is not known, she looked as though she was enjoying the benefits of warm weather, kicking back in a black strapless bandeau bikini as she gazed out across the waves in another shot.

The star is taking a break from filming the second half of season four of ABC's hit teen show, Pretty Little Liars, and has been working late into the night on the series.

The popular whodunnit programme has already been confirmed for a fifth season, and Ashley will also soon be joining her Spring Breakers co-star Vanessa Hudgens to voice forthcoming animation film The Great Migration.

Vanessa's showbiz 'bestie' Ashley Tisdale will also provide a voice for the teen-friendly film, which tells the story of 'a group of characters that encounter a mutated predator threatening to destroy the balance of their environment'.

The movie, produced by the newly formed CMI Entertainment, will go into production on November 1.

The actress and singer certainly seemed in good spirits as she arrived at Bagatelle restaurant in West Hollywood.

As the birthday girl there was never any doubt that Selena was going to be the centre of attention, but she made sure to wear a stand-out ensemble just in case.

The gorgeous brunette looked sizzling as she slipped into a pair of tiny high-waisted white hotpants, which left her long and slender legs on show.

Selena also flashed her toned midriff in an embellished crop top by Missguided.co.uk and gave herself a boost with cream caged shoe boots.

There’s no doubt her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber, who she is currently not dating, would have been kicking himself after seeing how stunning she looked.

The singer was not in attendance at the celebrations, according to TMZ, but had been iced onto the star’s birthday cake in pictures. 

It comes as footage has emerged of a 15-year-old Justin telling DJ SKEE on SKEE LIVE, which airs on AXS TV, that he has a crush on Selena – two years before they started dating.

When asked in July 2009 if there was a particular female celebrity, the floppy-haired popstrel said: ‘I have a crush on Selena Gomez.’

At the time Selena was dating Nick Jonas, but she and Justin made their debut as a couple just under two years later, at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in February 2011.

After their dinner on Monday, Selena and her party, which included Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson, hit Beacher’s Madhouse.

The group had VIP seats to watch Busty Heart, a well-endowed performer knock down beer cans with her assets.  

Earlier in the day Selena had taken a break from her birthday festivities to chat with entertainment reporter Dean Richards via satellite.

But the former Wizards Of Waverly Place was clearly blindsided by a series of probing questions regarding her on-off flame and abruptly ended the interview. 

But just the day before Selena seemed to be in a much more candid mood as she answered similarly difficult questions when interviewed by Ryan Seacrest on E! News.

When asked if she was dating Bieber again, she said: 'No, I'm not. I think I'm okay with being content right now. I think that's what I'm happy with. And then whatever happens happens.'
