Being beautiful can be so boring.

Luckily Magdalena Frackowiak has found a way to amuse herself during long arduous bikini shoots where an army of assistants are on hand to make sure she is perfectly primped and catered for.

The 28-year-old model spent almost her entire shoot in St Barts texting on her phone on Thursday.

As she paraded around in three different bikini looks all eyes were on the 5ft 11in model, but of course her's were on her pink iPhone.

The Victoria's Secret runway star was transfixed by her screen as her helpers prepared her for the shoot.

Obviously an old pro at bikini shoots having modeled since she was sixteen, the Polish beauty remained focused on her phone as her stylist did her hair - pulling her beach curled blonde tresses up into a whimsical bun.

Standing even further testament to how important her text messages - or her game of Candy Crush - must have been, the 28-year-old did not even look up as her female make-up artist started rubbing oil into her impossibly long legs.

But her phone obsession did not end there, with the model even posing while still holding her mobile.

In one part of the shoot, Magdalena wore matching yellow bandeau bikini showing off her slender frame.

Obviously one of the more important looks of the day, the model sexily lent up against a palm tree - only to start texting.

Only when the photograph started snapping shots did the model stop looking at her phone, but made sure to hold on it it.

Luckily for the photographer, the stunner did manage to but her phone down for a Bond girl inspired look.

While not a Victoria's Secret Angel Magdalena was voted one of the top 30 models of the 2000s by Vogue Paris and walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2010 and 2012.

She is the voluptuous swimwear model whose blonde locks, endless legs and womanly curves made her a household name almost overnight.

And now the secrets behind the body that propelled her to the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition have been revealed.

Kate Upton's personal trainer has divulged the model's diet and fitness secrets, and whilst he admits it takes hard work and motivation, he claims that a body like Kate's can be achieved by almost anyone.

So THAT's her secret! Kate Upton, who is famed for her perfect curves, has been following a ModelFIT programme- a fusion of fitness specialities including zumba, martial arts and yoga

Personal trainer and model workout guru Justin Gelband told Shape magazine: 'Since the first day I met her, she wanted to come in and change the industry by saying curves are sexy,

'She's such a great role model for all the young girls out there.'

American-born Kate works out using a tailored ModelFIT programme by Justin - who has even been dubbed the 'model whisperer' by grateful clients.

ModelFIT is a fusion of fitness specialities including zumba, martial arts and functional training, capoeira, pilates and yoga. 

It claims to stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as firming up your thighs and flatten your abs.

And Kate isn't alone, because Justin Gelband created the class for the likes of Irina Shayk, Miranda Kerr, Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton and Lily Aldridge.

The £30 classes, which are taught at a fitness studio in New York, are 45-50 min long and limited to 10 clients. 

And she compliments her rigorous exercise regime with a healthy diet.

'Food is absolutely number one,' Gelband told Harper's Bazaar.

'When I sit down with anyone to discuss their workout regimen, the first thing I say to them is, "The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs."'

He believes completely banning carbs isn't a good idea, and instead advises people yearning for an Upton-esque figure to indulge in the carbohydrates that you get from vegetables, brown rice and Ezekiel breads.

He does, however, advise dieters to limit these carbs to only twice a week, especially if you're attempting to emulate Kate's curves.

Dedicated: Kate says no matter how busy her schedule is, she always makes time for exercise 

Speaking about her envied physique in the past, Kate said it is all down to making time to exercise, no matter how busy she can be.

'My schedule can be pretty gruelling, but I always make time for fitness and relaxing. I get facials regularly when I’m in NYC, and my trainer helps me to plan work outs when I’m travelling. 

'A lot of sleep and water is important too, especially when adjusting to time changes,' she said.

She has been a contracted Victoria's Secret Angel for 13 years so it's safe to say that Adriana Lima knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to modelling.

And the 31-year-old's latest underwear shoot for the lingerie giant does not disappoint. 

Adriana showcases her perfectly toned and tanned body as she strikes a pose in an array of sexy lingerie and swimwear.

Beach brights: The new bikinis come in tropical or candy-stripe prints and Adriana showcases them on a tropical shoot 

In some of the shots, the mother-of-two dons revealing hot pink and black lingerie, which she playfully undoes for the camera.

In other images, she can been seen smouldering in more demure camisoles and silk shorts.

There are also a few snaps of her showcasing the brand's summer swimwear line as she poses on a tropical beach in an array of colourful items. 

The model wears her chocolate brown hair in a variety of styles and sizzles with her smokey-eyed beauty look.

Just like fellow Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Doutzen Kroes, and recently retired Angel Miranda Kerr, Adriana made a superhuman recovery after giving birth to her second child, her daughter Sienna, last year.

Adriana credited boxing for getting her runway ready when she was given the arduous task of returning to the Victoria's Secret catwalk last year just eight weeks after her baby girl arrived in September 2012.

Joining forces with professional boxer Michael Olajide, who co-founded the AeroSpace fitness studio in New York, she revealed that she worked out an astonishing six hours a day in five weeks before the show.

Tanned and toned: Adriana achieved her post-baby figure with an intense boxing regime, which she is keen to showcase

The supermodel did the training in two three hour sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening, as soon as she got the green light from her doctor.

'The doctor gave me the okay about three weeks after I gave birth and literally two days after that I started working out -- every single day, two times a day,' she explained at the time.

Adriana said that when she discovered boxing, she knew it was the right exercise for her.

'I discovered boxing, accepting that it is great for the body, wonderful for the mind and it give you the best shape ever,' she said. 'It is a challenge, I love a challenge.'

The Brazilian model and actress finished first in Ford's Supermodel of Brazil competition when she was just fifteen.

In 2012, she came 4th on the Forbes top-earning models list, estimated to have earned £4.75 million in one year.

She is married to Serbian basketball player Marko Jarić, with whom she has two daughters.

And now the Victoria's Secret model has revealed the secret to her enviable physique.

The 28-year-old swears by ballet to give her a catwalk-ready body, and has regular sessions with the instructor who helped whip Natalie Portman into shape for ballet-themed blockbuster Black Swan.

So THAT's her secret! Doutzen Kroes has revealed that she gets catwalk-ready by having ballet classes

Doutzen said: 'I work out three or four times a week. I do a mix of boxing at a gym in New York and ballet with Mary Helen Bowers, who runs Ballet Beautiful and helped get Natalie Portman in shape for Black Swan.

'It's tough because it focuses on specific areas including the inner and outer thighs, butt and abdominal area and arms. Every morning after a workout with her, I feel so sore in places I didn't know I had, so it really works and I enjoy it.

'I also think that working out with a woman makes a difference as she understands what I want to look like. Men see things differently.'

The Dutch beauty - who has two-year-old son Phyllon - says her role as a mother has encouraged her to take more care of her body by watching what she eats and exercising more.

Doutzen has been working with ballet instructor Mary Helen Bowers, who runs Ballet Beautiful and helped get Natalie Portman in shape for Black Swan

Speaking to HELLO! magazine, she said: 'When you're younger you think you know everything, but I know my body better now than 10 years ago. 

'I run around like crazy since I had my son, but I'm lucky and have good genes so my stomach has never been a problem area.

'However, I know I have to work out and eat healthily now.'

Miss Kroes is the fourteenth highest-earning model in the world, thanks to her lucrative contracts with Victoria's Secret, L'Oreal, Calvin Klein and more.

Shot on location on a sun-drenched St. Bart's beach, the likes of Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, Magdalena Frackowiak and Candice Swanepoel can be seen splashing around in the label's latest swimwear collection.

The swimming costumes, which are displayed to perfection on the Victoria's Secret beauty's perfect figures, are available in a variety of styles.

From vibrant blue one-pieces to fluorescent bikinis, the new range will seemingly suit all ages.

It's been a busy fortnight for Candice Swanepoel and Erin Heatherton, who just last week were seen posing in a steam bedroom shoot for the new lingerie ads.
